Theres a brand at walmart called ';organix'; there are like three different smells and they all smell REALLY good.
You can get a rebate on one so if you buy two it ends up being about 3 dollars each. But i dont know if the rebate is still going on. It will have a tag on the bottle if it is.
Although this stuff didnt work very well on my hair. At least the mint one. It left my hair staticy haha.What are some really good scented organic shampoos and conditioners?
Unfortunately it will be difficult to find real organic products is the stores you mentioned. Often they will name there brand something that sounds organic but isn't really at all. So you you have to look for organic certified products.

welll... for under 5 dollars i dont think you can find anything, but if you go to your local fair, or try PCC they might have something :)
