Yes it is healthy for your hair because they dont have sulfates and harsh alchols that dry out your hair. I use the Giovanni Hair Care line, their products are all natural, and you can find them in walmat or target its usually next to the Burt's Bees stuff. It's not that expensive, i think its like 7 or 8 dollars, so its not too expensive.
